Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice, upon credit approval, otherwise C.O.D. or MasterCard or Visa. All past due invoices will be subject to a 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) service charge. (Any past due account will be turned over to third party collection, in which case the purchaser agrees to be responsible for all costs of collection and reasonable attorney fees)
Freight:
All shipments are F.O.B. point of shipment. All products shipped via U.P.S.
Return Goods Policy:
All returns are subject to a restocking 15% charge and must have prior authorization from our customer service department. Packages without return authorization numbers displayed will not be accepted. Authorized returns must be unaltered and in original saleable condition and must be returned freight prepaid.
Claims:
All claims must be made in writing and received by Fin-Tac LLC within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. If a shipment is received in a damaged condition, a claim must be filed with the delivering carrier and noted on the freight bill before you accept merchandize
Prices and Specifications:
All prices and specification of product are subject to change without notice.
Taxes:
Any Federal or State Excise or Sales Tax for which we may be liable for on any sale will be charged to and paid by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for furnishing tax exempt or resale certificates if applicable.
Minimum billing Charge:
$150.00 net. Orders less than minimum are subject to a $3.50 charge and must be on a cash or credit card before order basis.
Fin-Tac LLC Product Limited Warranty.
Fin-Tac LLC warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of manufacture as shown on the label attached to the product. The users sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or failure of performance of the product shall be the return of the product with proof of purchase, shipping charges prepaid to place of purchase or to Fin-Tac LLC at the option of user, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price at the option of Fin-Tac LLC. Warranty is void if product has been altered, abused, neglected or improperly installed. Fin-Tac LLC makes no warranty other than stated above. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES NOT SO EXCLUDED ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN THE DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPRESSED ABOVE. LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
